Sign up to receive a device at an upcoming event

Pick only one event date and one time slot. This rule will be followed closely—if you book more than one, ALL of your sign-ups will be canceled.

If you can’t come to the event you signed up for, your device will not be saved for you. The person who signs up must be the one who shows up. This event is only for people who are 18 or older and meet the requirements. If a date or time says “Sold Out,” that means all spots are taken. Please choose a different date and time that works for you. If none are open, fill out the waitlist form below. You’ll be the first to hear when new spots open up.
