Thank you for your interest in the Techquity Device Program! This program is here to help adults who do not have a computer at home. To get your no-cost device, please fill out the form below.

Here’s what you need to know for your device pick-up:

1. Please fill out the form below before you arrive to the event.

2. Have your Eventbrite email confirmation ready when you arrive to the event.

3. Bring a photo ID with your name.

4. Come at your scheduled time only. You cannot enter early - your arrival time is in your email confirmation from Eventbrite.

5. Do not share/post any links or your registrations details with others. Only people who registered (through Eventbrite - with their name) will get a device.
